Honestly I almost didn't even apply, everyone at my office kept saying single guys with no house get rejected. Emig explained it differently though, that it's really about your whole story making sense, not ticking boxes. I had a steady job, a car loan, my parents, that was enough. Got my visa in February, finally get to meet my baby nephew soon. Thank you Emig, really.
