My application was complete and ready, but the fingerprint appointment calendar was fully booked for seven weeks out, way too close to my start date. Emig kept watching for cancellations and grabbed me an earlier slot within ten days, something I never could've caught myself. Visa issued in January, now studying in Regina. Truly grateful to Emig for watching the calendar when I simply couldn't.
