My hospital's first job description for my visa made my role sound like any standard nursing job, which almost didn't qualify at all. Emig helped us rewrite it to actually show the specialized charge nurse work and certification my job really required. Visa issued in December, already precepting new nurses here. Truly grateful to Emig for not letting my experience get lost on paper.
