My program's start date came and went while I waited over three months for extra security clearance, no way to know if it would be weeks or a lot longer. Emig helped me reach out to my department proactively so I could join classes remotely in the meantime. Visa issued in October, finally arrived three weeks into the term. Truly grateful to Emig for keeping me moving forward during a wait I had no control over.
